Our mission is to support healthcare professionals, educators and organisations by promoting safe, ethical and evidence-based practice across the aesthetics sector.

Through recognised educational pathways, professional standards and independent assessment services, we help practitioners develop their skills, demonstrate competence and deliver high-quality patient care.

As the home of the UK’s only register of approved aesthetic trainers and assessors, BSAEA provides recognition and support for professionals involved in the education, assessment and development of aesthetic practitioners. We work to guide best practice, encourage continual professional development and help safeguard patients by improving the quality and consistency of training throughout the industry.

The Society is governed by an experienced Faculty of clinicians, educators and assessors who are passionate about raising standards and shaping the future of aesthetic education. Their expertise helps ensure that our resources, qualifications and professional guidance remain relevant, robust and aligned with the evolving needs of the sector.

In addition to supporting members, BSAEA offers independent examination, assessment and appraisal services, giving organisations and individuals access to qualified educational professionals and external expertise when required.
